No substantial shareholder has yet disclosed buying the 5 million share line that traded on Tuesday. I'm not sure but I thought they had 3 business days to disclose (or is that directors???)? Checking the historic volumes, you have to go back to 2003 to find a day when 5m shares traded in ASL. MAH may have a competitor, which would be welcome given their current offer giving ASL shareholders 31% of the combined company seems unattractive to me.
