    For mxq, their warehouse borrow margin is 2.15%

    If they charge on average a margin of 3%. Taking out fee and admin cost, they would still profit about 0.5% annually.

    Which would equate to roughly 1.5 - 2 cents per shares dividend.

    NTA per shares would float around 80 cents, of course all this only happen IF the market recover and there is no default. With current rating of A- and market going up and up in the past few weeks. I say, that scenario is very likely to happen.
