    What a useless thread. If you are unhappy go write a Google review. I don't understand your issue with WebJet here, it seems the issue lies with Qantas. It even says this in your post.

    "While we have already submitted your booking to the airline for a refund, due to the unprecedented volume of refund requests being received by Qantas during this impacted time, we regret to inform you that there will be an extension"

    I assume for fully transparency you have also posted on the QAN thread?
