If this group of accountants running this ASX listing reckon the decisions they are making represent excellent business value, they should pay out the existing shareholders at 3 cents per share and privatize the company.

Then put up their own cash and develop the Netsuite/Oracle agency and its associated $9,000,000 expense budget - themselves.

You would not see them or their money for dust.

So why are they taking fees/wages/expenses and presenting/persisting with such a useless/vision less business model to investors?????
