    to their defence they're not asking us for money either. No share issues or cr's, rare at this end of the caps. I think they're just at a bit of a cross roads and the CEO while having a good track record will be fighting the tide if he has any appetite for massive reform. Cash in the bank it'll be hard for him to argue for drastic measures against the old guard. Rock and a hard place probably.
