I don't think it will take twelve months to play out or recover, no way !
This got to 30c on the last CA meeting, expecting Gina to go and with all the news and presss. She narrowly avoided getting rejected, did everything she could to hold it up, looked an absolute fool and was bypassed for now the last time (am I correct @swordwatcher ?)
So in May they just vote on her one way or the other ? The 3 bypass rule would be in effect by then
So if it ran to 30c prior to last CA, and since then she has looked like an idiot, run away from her problems AND been charged with graft, leading into her last possible chance in May, why would people then be selling this at 18.5c
Everything is looking better and better ... it's simply the news went dead with her being in the US and so punters don't like waiting till May

In that even, it should rally heavy going into May if she is on her last legs AND been charged with graft. How can she lead the DENR being charged with graft ! Duterte will be seen as a massive hypocrite supporting her after that ... it will also not give her a leg to stand on
I really cannot see any bad news coming out of Phillipines .. it's purely the delay
