Yep, the president is now starting to look a tad out there on mining.
He cant possibly want her in the job and ask for his comments on 'i can live without the income' that is ridiculous. Its not his money and the 1m odd people do need the money. These people dont even get that the revenues could build them hospitals, roads and schools. There is this moronic obsession from the left that mining needs to be closed down. I cant understand how someone reaches such an ignorant stance. I can only assume its because they are uneducated around it. Mining makes everything, from phones, cars, fuels, pipes, space program, aircraft, cars, all technology , etc etc etc. The same people who moan about it, get on aircraft (like lopez) and fly to the US for a holiday while some mine worker goes without food.
Lopez wants to give people jobs growing bananas etc. Is she saying that she would rather keep the people in poverty with no chance of coming out of it?
