She said it is their legal advice not to announce anything not required by law whilst the dispute with JV partner is ongoing - mentioned there isn't too many announceble events during the course of arbitration etc ... I can understand this
Bunawan assays will be announced shortly. I guess no bonanza as that would have required a t/h, but doesn't rule out high or good grade
Said they are investing plenty of time in the acquisition also and making progress
So to me it looks like a dummy spit by 1 holder, which sucks out quite a bit of selling ...
Gina up for vote in may, secret voting approved etc. They really couldn't have asked for a better chance to boot her finally
So this price is madness
