That is the Mining Permit related to the Nalesbitan Project, which is approximately 15km from Mabilo, which they were able to get coverted middle of last year. They have been working to have the 2 projects consolidated which would address the mining permit much quicker
So those brokers saying the mining permit was imminent last year weren't kidding @mad_max ?
Did they not announce this to lay low ? It seems huge to me ...
