I wouldn't put too much weight on Morningstar or any firms that don't have intimate knowledge of MSB - have they ever tuned into an analysts/ investors call?
MSB is a beast, with too many things going on;
If you are not close, all you see is costs costs costs and risks risks risks
Hey, how about 'em rewards?
Grunenthal obviously understands MSB and have paid up handsomely to be a partner
Who do you trust to have done a better assessment?
A casual analyst or a partner who paid good $$$?
