The penalty has been comprehensively discussed in a separate thread (the one about about the Court action). I wish people would stop worrying about it. It’s a storm in a teacup. The media is saying it’s millions, I say that’s misleading because the minimum penalty is less than that, and an amount has yet to be determined by the Court. There won’t be any finality to this for a long time, so sell now or move on.
