The idea of a $10 mill fine is out there although unlikely and could already be built into the SP. Without the ACCC adverse action outcome perhaps the SP could be at around $25 by now. Who knows. Its all conjecture and we just cannot predict what the market will do, whether there will be a big sell off, but that would have happened by now if it was to happen at all, I would think, but could be wrong. The market is unpredictable sometimes as it is made up of people who can be irrational in their behaviour / decisions especially where money is concerned - they can panic, The institutions however are usually, at least I would expect, more rational and financially analytical but generally more amoral no doubt Just my off the cuff thoughts - in other words no one can predict exactly but i wouldn't be surprised if its just a temporary hiccup and life of the SP continues upwards and onwards .. wait and see and don't worry, it will be alright.
