IMO after court announcement, there would be a panic selling and after a couple of days (maybe hours) it will bounce back (maybe higher than current Sp). There are some smart guys how are waiting for that moment to buy more.
I don't wanna justify kogan shifty promotion but think that is a part of game. All the successful businesses have a same kind of policy to make more money.
For example, At coles/ woolworth a 3$ pack of wrap price after discount is 2 (brand =khobz). I buy the same from local shop for 1$. that is another kind of ripping off but its respectful and at the end of the day all the costumers are happy.
