If I had the spare funds, I would be buying everything up to 21c-22c and selling them on the AIM in the UK. There is definitely money to be made on the arbitrage between the two markets.
I see no problem crossing a large parcel for a minimum of 25c on the UK markets.
Have done this before with other stocks, not pbi, but of course, seek professional advise if you are looking at doing anything like this.
