i see that Valad are selling 200 Creek Street Brisbane. Pretty sure this is in the v plus fund. Purchase price was about 36 odd million about four years ago and the have spent a couple on it. Reckon they might get out of it by the skin of their teeth from a capital value point of view but would be showing a good rate of return during their hold period.
Reckon valad is still one of the better REIT stories around at present. Only thing holding it back it the VCS issue to wash through ie Top Ryde Centre
