And on the bullish side of things (in support of my analysis)

Anyone can see on the screen for themselves, the fact that the buyers outnumber the sellers at market range,
in the top ten market depth that is, which is the only relevant depth as it is at market level IMO.
No point taking .001cent and $1 into account when a price has been consistently trading at 3-5 cent range.

PS:
So to blend that into my analysis, all those indicators scream Bullish and the buyer/seller ratio has gone from about even to being dominated by expectant buyers.
Sellers - importantly - haven't been stepping down to buyer so much these last 2 days, in line with the typical end of year Tax activity. SO the pendulum has swung and i expect the direction to be towards 4cents now.
A green Dow would help....bleerrrgh!
