What will be the price at AGM if this turns out to be a monster (as it looks like now) ?
Then think - will you or any other shareholder will be willing to issue options at 15 cents (for directors)and shares at 9 cents as proposed in LTIP at AGM when the prevailing shareprice is well north of lets say 50cents.
