    Zero drilling budget(provided drilling takes place) would have to mean Farm In partner and Schmitt was happy to be saying back in Oct/Nov they would announce one in December

    "If" this is the case

    My thoughts it could be either Chinese, looking at current other AOC deals and recent Lundin history, or possibly US, but just a guessing game
