One thing we can agree on - a ragtag "army" with very limited resources kicked the butt of the two mightiest nations on earth!
Amazing - simply amazing!
I remember the Vietnam War write-ups encapsulated in the famous words of John James Rambo in First Blood - "But somebody wouldn't let us win" followed by First Blood II, "Sir, do we get to win this time"? And the response comes back immediately from Richard Crenna, "this time it's up to you"!!
So what happened in Afghanistan? Should we have sent John James Rambo?
