That is but one of several books he wrote on the subject, TonEdi, and I can assure you that he (Churchill) makes mention of the Taleeb (Taliban) - why would I fabricate that?. I have read every history book on the history of Afghanistan and the North West Frontier, and am well known there, mostly by reputation (non-military or religious). It amuses me that people that have never set foot in the area profess to know more than someone with an almost 4 decades of history there, so to presume that I don't know the difference between a Mullah and the Taliban is kinda funny. Keep in mind that there was very little (Western) knowledge or publications about the area or its people prior to 'The Great Game,' so Google is a poor reference.
