I would be interested in your definition of weakness. Given the bottom was $0.075 when everyone thought the world was going to end $0.105 is getting significantly into the 'top up on weakness range' I would think.
I got into these with a very long term view (at a higher price than current)& am prepared to continue to wait / hold as I belive Africa must develop significantly over the next 10 years & a fundimental plank in development is secure energy supply. ATQ are well placed in this respect in my opinion.
