Peak Oil is a theory made by Walt Disney. It features in Disney channels and also on Fox News. Go do some research why Russia is now the number 1 oil producing country in the world, why the head was put into jail 2003 by the Russian president. Do some research on Russian deep drilling and you'll see why the West hates Russia again.
Anyway, oil is starting its crash tonight, so QAN won't be doing it's double bottom after all, big run today :)
