I actually think the world of investments is rapidly changing and those that are sitting on the sidelines will get caught with empty pockets.
We are seeing massive increases across blue chip investments both property & stocks. I don’t think this is going to stop. I highly doubt there’ll ever be another correction or recession. I actually think what we will find ourselves in a similar situation to seasonal tickets at major sporting event in the US, that being if your dad didn’t get one and hand it down to you, than you probably never will get one.
With good property and stocks the supply is limited, what we are seeing is crazy PE’s, but I don’t think the world cares about PE’s anymore because everyone is starting to realise good stocks and good land is a scarce commodity and once someone else owns it well you have to hope the eventually sell it, there is a culture shift in which people are buying with the intentions of keeping these within the family. I think eventually you won’t see much market depth on the sell side
