I am seeing this across the board, many jnrs wont move until a CR occurs, despite having a few qtrs of cash.
CHZ will have circa 3.7m and will require more cap for drilling and DFS before decision to mine.
On the flip side, most names that have raised, are trading well above CR price. AUC, SRR, TGM, HRN, USL, OBM to name a few.
