The plan implemented by Noel up north was in part a great example of how we can meet half way. An offer was made that if a family declared their property grog free the government would pay for the upgrade of the family home.
It's very simple really. If you want something from the welfare pool then sacrifices must be made that in the end achieve good for the greater society.
