This persn obviously has a very poor maths as even the most blatant anti-Howard miscreant will tell you that Howard was only PM for eleven years.

The real reason for the failure to improve Aboriginal affairs is due to the so called 'do gooders' who allowed people like Geoff Clarke and his minions to milk the Welfare Cow for his own (and his mates) personal aggrandisment, pure and simple. In this they were ably aided and abetted by the academic mafia (with their not so free advice) who had a vested interest in keeping the indigenous community so dependent on governmentr welfare, instead of encouraging them to join the modern world. Those people are a disgrace and are largely to blame for the current poor state of indigenous affairs.
Thank goodness that, at last, the indigenous community has a spokeperson in Pearson who recognises that his people will forever be disadvantged if they continue to totally rely on welfare handouts, academics milking the Aboriginal welfare cow and living in the past!
