2003 average costs of drilling onshore wells i

Below link refers to table information I tried to post regards 2003 average costs of drilling onshore wells in USA.

Para#1 was TD of 16471 feet

Para#2 is susposed to be TD of 15500 feet (1000 feet less than Para#1 as updip in location)

So we are looking at 2003 prices of $3 to $5 million for Para#2 drill and completion costs
