EMS managed to reach 75c in April of 2003 with approximately 33 million shares on offer

Suda as of today is selling for 2.3c with approximately 1.15 billion shares on offer

The market cap in April 2003 was 25million

The market cap in April 2016 was 25million

Shares on offer in 2003 33million

Shares on offer in 2016 1.15

1.15billion / 33million = 34

So for every share listed in 2003 their is now 34 shares in 2016 a dilution of 1 to 34 rate

So if you had of invested 1000 in 2003 that investment would now be worth $26.66c

Later in that year EMS did a placement of 10million shares @ 50c per share raising 5 million dollars

Today if Suda did a placement @ current value x 10 million shares, they would raise 230,000 dollars.

To raise the 5 million that they managed to raise in 2003 it would further dilute our holdings by 220 million shares..
