Dammit! I wouldn't of had to fly to there. lol

For the life of me though I must be from a different planet. I would have seen this as a great opportunity to invite QLD shareholders in particular to visit the booth and check out the products and also chat with Mr Tigani and other staff. An opportunity to build confidence, credibility and charisma even, whilst showing they care. Surely they would understand some QLD s/holders would have a problem with distance to the AGM or factory in Melbourne and that this occassion might have suited them more.

Reminds me of a guy I once worked for over 15 years ago who kept telling me customers were the most important people. At the time I begged to differ insisting that staff were the most important because it wouldn't matter how many customers you had if you're staff were going to drive them away with shoddy service because they were treated as inferior or unimportant, if you get what i mean.

I just don't see why small company boards don't utilise shareholders as free extensions of their PR machine by keeping them up to date with any positive information and making them feel worthwhile, especially the top twenty who are likely to be long termers.

Peeved! You bet. I would have loved to go to that convention and at least see something tangible that my money was going towards. Now I have the address for the Tullamarine set up looks like I,m still going to have to travel to Melbourne.
