2005 nickel deficit double original forecasts

"Falconbridge Ltd. sees a greater nickel market deficit in 2005 than it had forecasted three months ago… speaking last Friday, the Toronto-based nickel and copper producer now sees a 2005 world nickel shortfall of 18,000 metric tons, twice its previous forecasted deficit of 9,000 tons…for this year, it's sticking with an estimated world nickel deficit of 25,000 tons…"
