    Things to factor in:

    2006 DFS used Molybdenum price $20/lb. Today's price is around $13/lb.

    I also remember the previous THR management sourced a second-hand processing plant from the UK.

    Current management may have decided the second-hand plant is worthless today. This affects Capex.
