There is no doubt , Its out and out theft , taking from the growers declaring a " false " profit and paying the ATO .
Look at it rationally , as Zwu points out ..they never made a profit . Commiting these funds to the ATO , does little more than keep them away .
As Zwu always used to ask >>> ' where has the money gone ?" ..certainly NOT into the project , an absolute " legal " disgrace .
