l dont like the idea of a share placement as it would lower the sp and play into the hands of CPB. They would need to talk up the sp prior to any placement and that appears not the case.
Scrip is much more expensive than cash, so they should use that and the 12 mil loan limit. Dont expect they will buy anything big, as they have indicated intrinsic growth for the time being.
Still if CPB did get a seat they could certainly throw a few good deals to CHL If they could see the synergies.
So many t/o going on - why dont they buy CHL which is a bargain compared with CML ?
