I think this will happen but when the company considers it appropriate. Afterall. they are seeking to look after all the shareholders (including themselves) and not just the recent short term speculators of the stock wanting a quickie profit.
I also get the feeling that EOS are waiting for the capacity to publicly confirm the additional US military orders.
There would appear to be some sensitivity issues involved.
