Your still paying 1000000 for a dog box in any of these places, am I the only one who sees this? The fall hasn't even started yet. Perth is still too greedy.. Once the miners start losing their jobs, the fear sets in and the stock inventory builds cause everyone is hoping for a better price the prices will surely go down, won't happen for another 1 to 2 years though.
