I certainly hope they arnt taking their collective eyes of the Perkoa ball and just leaving it to the contractors to sort.I have a little to do with contractors myself,albeit on a smaller scale,but you still have to keep your eye on them no matter how big the project.Its where cash could rapidly start dissappearing for no apparent reason.
