fone geeks it'd have to be a bloody terrifically "sophisticated" investor who could have foreseen the extent of this demolition AND be able to do something about it. It certainly defied my immense powers of sophistication! lol
One can easily tell that the damn is breached but can one do anything about saving the village below it?
