Thanks Rollotape. Your focus on interpreting volume is interesting and this is probably my weakest area in terms of the indicators that I look at. I too suspect we may see the price go into the 19's as part of the consolidation, but nothing wrong with that if it clears the decks on the sell side as a prerequisite to making the next move up.
