re Centro's Centre Management
Oakleigh & Warringal Park Centre refurbishment was started before GFC, they did a good job, wouldn't have happened in current enviroment.
I agree with coppertop, financials are the main game.
and as a long term investor I believe Centro management are not only good at Centre management,but enjoy a good rep for this in the market.
Sure they have pushed the envelope with fees, transparancy and the odd cowboy habit, and have upset many investors , me in particular.But they can run shopping Centres.
Re maintennance, my earlier comments related to new Cap works at Centres and big ticket items like refurbishments etc. believe these are in the main on hold for the foresable future unless Major tennants such as Coles/Woolworths take this on themselves
which they have in some cases.
