    Hi sisyphus. Yes, given the corporate governance issues that the centro group have had then perhaps its not a bad thing to turn the spotlight on the issue as it will force the current management to continue working towards improved transparency and more governance rules. If it helps to achieve that then it will be a good outcome for CER imo.
