A 10% DCF on after tax cash flows for 20 years with a yearly increase of ~5% on product sales gets you in the ball park.
I'm on the otherside of the world, so going to bed now and can't be bothered playing with figures anymore, but PFS came up with NPV of about $1B so you could possible compare figures with any assumptions mentioned there. To see if you can shed light on some more numbers.
