The lack of asset sales in the future is the risk. They sold 50% of Powerco but the risk is they do not sell another asset. I think they are in a much better situation than Centro simply because I believe BBI's assets are in higher demand right now than Centro's.
Still, it may be tough to sell anything. I guess that's one of the reasons why the share price is in the outhouse.
