    1/ ref point 2:
    There does not seem to be a large chance that the banks will not provide funding for corporate debt as there is money due in from the 50% sale of Powerco to QIC due MAR 09.
    Any chance of QIC folding prior to the settlement?
    Is there any chance at this point of the Powerco sale falling through? Is it a 100% done deal?

    2/ I think BNB stated a while ago that they are going to refocus on its core Infrastructure business. I may be way off the mark here, but is BNB's refocus in anyway going to be a conflict of interest with them managing some of BBI's assets? Is there anyway that BNB can/would send BBI down the river in order to protect itself?
