Vallenar has no cash to repay the $50m debt to ADY.Besalco has gone home with its staff and equipment. Therefore no mining being done. Mine is most likely on care and maintenance.
Wyndham Ex will put up a fight in the courts before handing over the 40% of Vallenar to ADY.
ADY has little cash and there is no cash flow from any source.
Several court cases in the pipeline. ADY needs success on all of them especially the Besalco case.
Hopefully there is another reason for the instant surge. Unsure what it is. Maybe ADY is selling Vallenar back to Leonardo or JSW Steel?????????
