Si the real deal. Anyway I suggest a small heart trial in Britian and invest in manufacturing there.Thats where cutting edge therapies are moving to now. Regulations are in place and theres no corruption... compared to rest of world.
Another suggestion is negotiate a new price with canada as its approved here. Then let Usa customers come here for treatment.
