    If my understanding of the announcement is correct the bottom line is VRL has sold half its production business for $200m. Less risk and wait for it ....my twisted mind means it has just enough to buy back all the prefs ( in my opinion). Not a bad outcome for holders of vrlpa. I'm only guessing , do your own research. Cheers
