2010 commitment well

    So, J51 was meant to be our 2010 commitment well. Now it's J52.

    J52 is meant to spud early November and take 70days.

    Some announcements say the commitment well must be completed by Dec 31st, 2010. If this is so, then we are out of luck.

    Is starting enough or must it be finished?

    I just dont want another payment to Biskra to extend the Block31 lease.
