Boonen said at the AGM, 2009 has been the Company’s turn around and re-building year.

While this re-positioning strategy is not yet complete he said, "there are two significant and advanced transactions are still subject to finalisation."

He set the following targets and revenue generation for the group to achieve:

- cash flow breakeven and profitability by mid 2010
- annualised sales revenue of $36M+ by end 2010
