the only ones I've seen sold down are the ones that have been hyped to buggery. trading at half a billion MC based on pure speculation then drop on irr of 10% or ebitda at a fraction of current value.
as you say, CST is basically forgotten about at 30 m mc... be hard to trade lower to be honest.
