    I buy stocks at 52w lows... a chartist by nature and have adapted a strategy that melds both TA and FA in a way that nets consistent results. Downside here is extremely limited, given what the have in ground and the corporate structure that makes the company. Throw in the current field programme and you have a serious recipe for upside.
